A sweet, rounded, easy-drinking coffee from Carlos Pola's Finca Las Brisas in El Salvador. The honey process keeps part of the fruit on the bean during drying, building extra sweetness and a soft, full body. Grown between 1,300 and 1,600 meters in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.
